Stefan Savelli has over 30 years of experience in mixed-use real estate development, with expertise in acquisitions, leasing, financing, and partnerships with major institutions. He served as Senior Vice President of Retail and Mixed-Use Development with major development groups in Toronto, leading over $2 billion in investments, and managed more than 30 million square feet of projects across Canada.

Wahab Momin has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, with expertise in investment analysis, transactions, and due diligence. He has managed over 10 million square feet of retail and residential projects and led the acquisition and governance of multi-billion-dollar master-planned developments across Canada. Wahab previously worked in a hedge fund and a Big Four firm, and holds an MBA, CPA designation, and ARGUS Enterprise certification.

Rob Mulvale has over 25 years of experience in retail leasing and development across Canada, with expertise spanning enclosed malls, mixed-use communities, and open-air retail centres. He has played a key role in more than 100 shopping-centre developments and has leased several million square feet of retail space to leading national and international retailers. Rob is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres and a frequent national speaker.

Stefan Savelli has over 30 years of experience in overseeing the strategic direction and management of various mixed-use development projects, including acquisition sourcing, negotiating leases with key tenants, securing financing, and collaborating with development and major institutional partners. Since 2014, he has served as the Senior Vice President of Mixed-Use Development at ONE Properties in their Toronto office, where he has led the acquisition and development of investments totaling over $2 billion. Prior to this role, Stefan managed over 30 million square feet of projects across Canada with a major real estate development group.
